Project Management and Client Representation:

Since the start we have been providing project management and client representation. This experience blended with our contracting history has greatly enhanced the value we can offer the client and expanded our project delivery and development knowledge. By this experience, we can confidently state that we bridge the barriers that traditionally exist between contractors, designers, and owners. We provide all levels of hands on client representation from Executive Level to Field Level Management Services. This flexibility allows us to serve our clients on large or small projects. Our experience ensures accurate pre-construction, detailed project over-sight, and professional management from concept through completion.

Corporate & Office

Having provided services as small as changing out a door or remodeling an office to managing construction of one million square foot facilities, we have been there. Past relationships include, Medtronic, St. Jude Medical, Wells Fargo, and United Health Group.

Education

In our experience we have delivered new and remodeled educational facilities for Brainerd and Cass Lake Schools, Hibbing Technical College, and the University of MN.

Healthcare

Healthcare facilities require the highest level of diligence, thought, and planning to prepare and execute successful projects. Our experience ranges from ground up Medical Office Buildings and a Cancer Center to remodeling and build-outs of a fully operational Cath Lab, Emergency Room, and Oncology. Our experience has helped clients such as Bemidji’s North Country Hospital and San Juan Region Medical Center meet there facility needs with uninterrupted operations.

Manufacturing

The majority of our experience has been in the Medical Device Manufacturing segment. We have managed many levels of manufacturing Clean Rooms and Clean/Dry Rooms. Past relationships include, Medtronic Inc. and St. Jude Medical.

Data Center - Mission Critical

In today’s technology and data driven world, Such facilities are the backbone of most companies. Our team has guided multiple projects through planning, construction, and commissioning for companies such as Wells Fargo, Medtronic Inc., St. Jude Medical, and UnitedHealth Group.
