Soltau Construction, a Women Business Enterprise (WBE), was founded in 2010. Our primary goal is providing clients with superior service and forging lasting relationships. With our staff’s experience covering all aspects of the construction process we understand and communicate what it takes to successfully deliver varied building projects. Strategically located in Central Minnesota we have the ability to serve clients throughout the state and Twin Cities Metro Area.

Having provided services as small as changing out a door or remodeling an office to managing construction of one million square foot facilities, we have been there. Past relationships include, Medtronic, St. Jude Medical, Wells Fargo, and United Health Group.

Education

In our experience we have delivered new and remodeled educational facilities for Brainerd and Cass Lake Schools, Hibbing Technical College, and the University of MN.

Healthcare

Healthcare facilities require the highest level of diligence, thought, and planning to prepare and execute successful projects. Our experience ranges from ground up Medical Office Buildings and a Cancer Center to remodeling and build-outs of a fully operational Cath Lab, Emergency Room, and Oncology. Our experience has helped clients such as Bemidji’s North Country Hospital and San Juan Region Medical Center meet there facility needs with uninterrupted operations.
